VERNÉ reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by inaccurate pricing, or refuse transactions when necessary. If an order is canceled after payment, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
Please allow 1–5 business days to receive your tracking number after placing your order. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package. Tracking information may take additional time to update after a shipping label is created.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. The 1–5 business-day timeframe applies to receiving your tracking number and does not guarantee delivery within that timeframe.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. VERNÉ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit or a significant delay is caused by an error on our end, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
6. All Sales Final — Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. VERNÉ does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other customer-related reasons.
Exceptions may be considered when an issue is caused by an error on our end, including a significant shipping delay attributable to VERNÉ or a package confirmed lost in transit.
